2. Beta

Disclaimer Famillio is currently in beta. This means that the app is still under development and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. We appreciate your understanding and feedback as we work to improve the app. Please note that features, functionality, and the overall experience may change during the beta phase.

To use Famillio, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You acknowledge and accept this risk.

5. User Responsibilities Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate information when building your family tree. Do not input false or misleading information. Respectful Use: You agree not to use the app for any unlawful or harmful activities. This includes, but is not limited to, harassing other users, distributing malicious software, or violating the privacy of others.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership

All content, trademarks, and data on Famillio are owned by famillio or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms. User-Generated Content: By submitting content (e.g., family data, photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app. You retain all rights to your content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the app. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

Famillio is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall famillio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
